The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and are processed in the order in which they are received.
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and various freight handlers. All orders are shipped via the most cost-effective and time-efficient carrier or the select method at check out.
Some orders are sent directly from the manufacturer or distributor. If your order is sent in multiple boxes or from multiple locations, you will not be charged extra.
Once you have placed an order, it will be processed for shipping within 24 hours. Transit time will begin when your order is shipped.
*Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
*Special order items & freight orders will arrive within 5-14 business days.

Signature may be required on large orders or high-value items.
If a shipment is returned for any reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost, as well as a 25% restocking fee.
Please inspect shipments for damages immediately. Damage must be reported to the parcel carrier within 24-48 hours, or the Carrier Claim Limit may expire.
Freight shipments must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. Damage must be noted on the delivery sheet with the delivery driver. We cannot accept a damage claim that has not been noted with the delivery driver.

Parcel orders will be shipped in discreet packaging. Pallet orders will be wrapped in black to conceal contents.
Large orders may be shipped using a Freight Carrier, which requires a forklift. If you do not have a forklift available, please be sure to select “liftgate service” during check-out. Failure to do so may result in additional shipping charges if the carrier must return with a liftgate.
How To Grow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please call the carrier immediately. Carrier info can be found in the confirmation email you received with tracking information.

We are unable to accept returns on the following products: lights and lightbulbs, nutrients or other liquids, soils & growing medias, trim equipment, beneficial insects, or special orders.
A 25% restocking fee may be applied to all returns.
Non-defective products purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days, in original packaging, in new condition, with all original parts, paperwork, and accessories.
Defective products purchased in-store may be replaced by How To Grow or may need to be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. Warranty time limits vary, so please contact us about defective products as soon as possible.

Returns must be in original packaging, in new condition, with all original parts, paperwork, and accessories. Your refund will be issued 3-5 days after your return arrives at the shipping destination. Shipping and/or restocking fees may apply.

The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be paid by the unsuccessful party. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and How To Grow Corporation agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
