How is shipping calculated?

At How To Grow, we try to keep shipping as simple as possible! With our shipping calculator, we give the best shipping rate that we can. This is based on the weight of the order and the mileage that your package will be traveling. Certain items ship free to the continental United States.


Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes! We ship to all 50 states—including Alaska and Hawaii. However, we ask that residents of both Hawaii and Alaska give us a call at (605)-348-2358 for a shipping quote.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Paypal available at checkout as well.


What if my order is damaged?

Please inspect your order for damages immediately. Email us at [email protected] or call us at (605)348-2358 as soon as possible.

Photos and a detailed description are required. Damage must be reported to the parcel carrier within 24-48 hours, or the Carrier Claim Limit may expire.

Freight shipments must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery and noted with the delivery driver. Please refer to our Shipping Policy & Return Policy for any more questions you may have.


Can I track my shipment?

Tracking information will be sent to your email. If your shipment is late or did not arrive, please call us at (605)348-2358.


What if I would like to return an item?

Returns must be approved.

Call us at (605)-348-2358 or email [email protected] for return approval and confirmation.

Non-defective products purchased online may be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Returns must be in original packaging, in new condition, with all original parts, paperwork, and accessories. Your refund will be issued 3-5 days after your return arrives at the shipping destination. Shipping and/or restocking fees may apply.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 24 hours.

How long after my order is processed can I expect to receive it?

Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days after the order is processed and shipped. Special order and freight orders will arrive within 5-14 business days.

   *Most orders should arrive on time however, due to current shipping issues both nationwide and internationally, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that arrive past the expected arrival date.

 If I return my order, is there a restocking fee?

If a shipment is returned for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for return shipping cost, as well as a 25% restocking fee.
